
Steve Couturier
Steve is a senior consultant specializing in personalized communications and enrollment services. He focuses on the development and delivery of personalized employee communications of all types, including employee benefit statements, total compensation statements and other personalized print and online communications. He consults with clients on the design, development and implementation of both their online and voice-response enrollment systems.
Steve believes the key to successfully implementing any personalized communications or enrollment project is to first understand the client's objectives and then develop an integrated product and process that meets those needs. He combines strong technical and analytical skills with superb, client-focused project management abilities.
In addition to managing personalized communications and enrollment projects, he provides oversight as well as technical evaluation and analysis for existing processes. Steve has developed interactive voice response and Internet-based systems for benefits enrollment and other transactions and explored technologies to improve personalized communications.
By applying technological solutions to internal communications and human resource administrative processes, Steve adds tremendous value to clients in a variety of ways, including:
- Facilitating more effective communication through personalized information
- Improving administrative processes through electronic data transfer and systems integration
- Customizing solutions based on client-specific objectives and internal HRIS capabilities in connection with services provided by outside contractors such as insurance carriers, and plan administrators.
Before joining The Adobe Group, Steve was a consultant in the personalized communications practice at Towers Perrin. Steve has also held a number of positions in insurance and benefits administration, with extensive qualified plan administration and systems analysis experience. He has a BA in liberal arts from Boston University.
